Also, Fred Meyer has Soy Dream ice cream pints on sale for $2 this week. I had a $1 off coupon that printed out at the self-checkout not too long ago, so of course I had to go try one, right?

I know it's been a long time since I've had the "real" thing, but the Chocolate Chip Mint flavor (for some reason, not listed on their website) tasted exactly the same as what I remember. And it was certainly great for $1. I've never purchased this brand before since, in general, they tend to run about the same price as the So Delicious/Purely Decadent brand, but have slightly less interesting flavors. However, based on this one try, I'd buy them again depending on the price and availability of a flavor I was interested in. Plus, another coupon printed out for me, so I should try another flavor while I can get it for $1. I don't even want to know what I've spent on ice cream this spring and summer.
